Eyestorm Design is a New York–based Canva systems and implementation practice supporting organizations across the U.S. and Latin America.

As a Certified Canva Agency Partner, Canva Implementation Partner, and Canva Certified Enterprise Trainer, we help organizations implement, organize, and evolve how their teams work in Canva.

Our work brings together governance, Brand Systems, content migration, reusable templates, enablement, and adoption so teams can create more efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and control.

Based in New York, we support teams across the U.S. and Latin America, with delivery in English and Spanish and Portuguese capability for Brazil and international teams.

We work with organizations where Canva has outgrown informal ways of working — multiple departments creating content, growing template libraries, legacy content that needs migration, or Enterprise rollouts requiring clearer governance and ownership.

What We Do

1. Canva Enterprise Implementation

We help organizations establish the system around Canva Enterprise — including workspace architecture, roles, groups and permissions, Brand Kits, template governance, migration planning, SSO/SCIM coordination, AI governance, role-based enablement, rollout, and adoption.

2. Brand Systems + Collateral Programs

We create, migrate, and organize branded content into structured, reusable Canva systems — from presentations, reports, sales and campaign materials to large template libraries and legacy content.

3. Ongoing Canva System Support

We help teams keep their Canva environment organized, adopted, and evolving through template development and optimization, Brand Kit maintenance, governance reviews, onboarding, workflow guidance, and adoption support.
